Even if you've been plucked, you flower again!
Last week I spent a few days in the hospital.
My sister came to visit me on Thursday with a beautiful bouquet of self-picked wild flowers including....poppies! 😍
She had however left a trail of red petals in her wake.
All but three of the poppies had lost their petals. Just like me with my hair...
Still, it was a beautiful bouquet.
At home on the garden table 6 buds had opened by Sunday morning!
As if the so lovingly picked poppies were telling me: See..!

My treatment in the CKI in Eindhoven is delayed by a week due to 2 complications.
Unpredictable effects of the chemotherapy.
In the mean time things are going well under the circumstances.
