I'm bringing it to an end with poppies.

Post on Facebook 1 January 2020.

In the summer of 2020 my tiny front garden is in full bloom.
With poppies of all sorts and sizes.

I'm bringing it to an end.
In September and October 2019 I have 15 radiation treatments.
The immunotherapy continues until March 2020. But then all the treatments come to an end.
I have a dot on my breastbone. A tatooed dot that served as a reference point for the radiation treatments.
It isn't a nuisance but still I want to do something about it.
On the 18th of September 2020 that dot becomes a pretty little poppy.
By doing this I'm bringing an end to the period of breast cancer treatment.
My symbol for this periode is now always with me.
