Absenteeism prevention program for companies

This program has been exclusively developed for companies.

It has been created by experienced education professionals specializing in developing programs for Vocational Secondary Education and Adult Education.

With the absenteeism prevention program, the European Sustainability Goal 3 is met:
Good health and well-being.

"Very professional and beautifully presented.

Very clear, so in the end there were hardly any questions left.”  BREIN Nuenen

Here you will find companies that have already invested in the health of their female employees.
We call them our Early Detection Partners.

The YvYa Triple B Program consists of three components:

  1. Boomerang Program
  2. Boobie Board Workshop
  3. BooBuddy Pool

We explain the absenteeism prevention program :

  1. Boomerang-program.

The Boomerang Program is an interactive awareness session lasting 1.5 to 2 hours.

Female employees are guided by experts with lived experience and receive crucial insights.

Early signs of breast cancer, unconscious avoidance tactics, and risk factors are explained clearly.
This encourages women to take control of their own breast health.

Cost guideline: a donation of €2,500 per session to the Early Warning Scan Fund.

"Fijn dat er aandacht wordt gegeven aan dit onderwerp binnen het bedrijf.

Heel waardevol dat het wordt gebracht door vrouwen die het zelf hebben meegemaakt", Daf Trucks Eindhoven

2. Boobie Board workshop

Following the Boomerang module, we offer self-examination workshops.

This is a practical training focused on performing breast self-examinations correctly.

It helps women become alert to the early signs of breast cancer, enabling timely detection.

Female employees learn primarily to observe carefully in small groups.

Additionally, they experience what a tumor feels like in real life.

We use two types of Boobie Boards: one board is designed to help distinguish between ‘normal’ and ‘dense’ breast tissue.
The other board shows various types of tumors as well as external signs associated with breast cancer.

To promote inclusivity, our Boobie Boards come in multiple skin tones.

In development: interactive games to be alternated with practice on the Boobie Boards during the workshop.

This approach helps embed the knowledge and information playfully, improving retention.

Workshop cost: a donation of €2,500 to the Early Warning Scan Fund.
While the interactive games are not yet available, we offer the workshop free of charge.

3.  BooBuddy Pool

"Thanks, en dank je wel voor jouw ongelooflijke steun!!🙏🙏❤❤" Yvonne A. 60 jaar

YvYa has a large BooBuddy Pool of trained peer supporters.

This BooBuddy Pool is available to support your employees who may be facing a potential breast cancer diagnosis.

Especially in the panic and uncertainty that often follows such a diagnosis, a BooBuddy can be an invaluable source of support.

At the moment of diagnosis, women are often overwhelmed by medical information.

Our BooBuddies share their collective experience with your employees — they do not offer medical advice.
This empowers women to take control of their own journey and ask informed, focused questions.

They learn to be assertive and critical, enabling them to make well-considered decisions about their treatment.

With one-on-one BooBuddies, your employees feel supported by women who have personally experienced breast cancer.

The BooBuddy provides support up until the start of any potential treatment process.
